Meet the D'Ambrosio Group: a family real estate team in Boston
People ask me all the time what it's like to work with my parents. The honest answer is that there's more of a why every day.
The D'Ambrosio Group is my mom, Carol, my dad, Tony, and me. All three of us are licensed, we share one family name, and together we bring 50 years of combined experience to every client we work with in Boston and beyond.
Why a family real estate team
Buying or selling a home is one of the biggest decisions most people ever make, and you want people around you who will tell you the truth. That's what family does.
We built our business the way we were raised. My parents are both lifelong entrepreneurs who have always worked for themselves, and they taught me that your name is the only thing you really own. Every client we work with gets treated like family, because to us that's simply how it's done.
Working together also means nothing falls through the cracks. My parents are on the ground in Boston every day, at showings, open houses and inspections. I'm in the details on every deal, from the first conversation to the closing table.
Real estate, law and construction under one roof
Most real estate teams can tell you what a home is worth. We can also tell you what it will cost to fix and what the contract really says.
I've spent twenty years in real estate, with more than 500 transactions across Massachusetts and Florida. I'm also a real estate attorney and a licensed general contractor, and my dad is a licensed contractor too. When we walk through a home with you, we look at the roof, the windows and the systems as closely as the finishes, and we know which questions to ask before you sign anything.
My mom is a Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES®), a designation for agents trained to help clients 50 and older buy, sell and downsize. When a move marks a new chapter, she's the steady hand people want beside them.
Where we work
Our roots are in Boston's North End and the Waterfront, where we've helped clients buy and sell everything from wharf condominiums on Commercial Street to historic homes on Hanover Street. Boston Magazine featured me as the neighborhood expert in its guide to living in the North End, and it's still the place I call home in Boston.
We also work across Beacon Hill, Downtown, Charlestown and the Seaport, and north of the city in Melrose, where my parents have deep connections. Wherever you're moving from, and wherever you want to be, we'll help you get there.
Boston, and a little bit of Italy
I split my life between Boston and Bordighera, on the Italian Riviera. My family is in Boston every day, and I'm on every deal whether I'm on Commercial Street or across the ocean.
It also means we can help clients who dream of a home in Italy. Through The Italian Citizen, I guide Americans buying property and relocating to Italy, alongside trusted Italian agents and notaries.
