Meet Danielle

“Throughout my 15+ years supporting women during transformative times, I began to witness a missing thread: a compassionate, competent, collaborative collective of women.

An increasing number of clients have taken the plunge into the world of home ownership and real estate investing as first-time independent buyers, or while navigating post-divorce waters. When an estate planning attorney shared the ways in which she created a safe haven for her female clients after the passing of a spouse or during solo-aging journeys, I saw the makings of a much needed shift.

My commitment to my clients has led and always will lead with compassion. In all aspects of my life, I have found that genuine love and kindness for all we meet along the way is a superpower, and the direct path to authentic connection. During my own turbulent seasons, I’ve found comfort in the professional and spiritual guidance of the female collective around me. Over time, it has become clear to me that behind every great woman is a community of like-minded women.

To address the missing thread, I have created Haven— a collective providing support throughout all of the challenging tides that turn up on our shores, often unexpectedly, throughout our lives. Because when we must endure, we can do it surrounded by the powerful women of The Haven.”

Danielle has been designated a Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES®) by the National Association of Realtors®, providing expert guidance for clients throughout later in life transitions. With a complementing 10+ years of experience as an attorney and licensed general contractor working with clients buying, selling, relocating and investing, Danielle is your expert resource to seamlessly guide you during major milestones.

When Danielle is not helping with your life transitions, you might find her gardening, biking, practicing yoga, and enjoying the culture of her favorite destination— Italy.

After raising three children— a role she says brought her immense joy— Carol continued her love of caregiving organically. Leading with her trademark compassionate nature, she has mastered the art of helping clients navigate empty nester-hood, retirement, and seamless downsizing with ease.

Especially passionate about helping clients 50 years+, Carol is educated as a Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES®) to help families strategically manage the sale, purchase, relocation, or refinancing/1031 exchange of residential and investment property. Complementing her 20+ years of hands-on expertise, Carol is uniquely qualified to provide elevated expertise in guiding you home.
